Prof. Yufei Ma, Harbin Institute of Technology, China
Areas of Interest: Optical sensors, trace gas detection, laser spectroscopy, solid-state laser and optoelectronics.
Brief Introduction: Yufei Ma received his PhD degree in physical electronics from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2013. From September 2010 to September 2011, he spent as a visiting scholar at Rice University, USA. Currently, he is a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. He is the winner of National Outstanding Youth Science Fund. His research interests include optical sensors, trace gas detection, laser spectroscopy, solid-state laser and optoelectronics. He has published more than 100 publications and given more than 40 invited presentations at international conferences. He serves as area editor for Elsevier Photoacoustics and Wiley Microwave and Optical Technology Letters. He serves as associate editor for Optica Optics Express, SPIE Optical Engineering, and Frontiers in Physics. He also serves as topical editor for Opto-Electronic Advances, CLP Chinese Optics Letters, MDPI Sensors and Applied Sciences.

Brief Introduction: Grienggrai Rajchakit received his MSc degrees in applied mathematics at the Chiang Mai University, Thailand in 2001 and PhD degrees in applied mathematics at the King Mongkut's University, Thailand in 2007, respectively. He is the author/co-author of 125 refereed journal papers. In 2007 he he joined the Department of Mathematics, Maejo University Thailand as a Lecturer, where he became an Professor in 2013. His research areas include mathematical analysis, stability analysis, difference equations, neural networks.

Prof. Andry Sedelnikov, Samara National Research University, Russia
Areas of Interest: Microgravity modelling and research, Applied mechanics, Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Instruments and Systems.
Brief Introduction: Prof. Andry Sedelnikov is a Doctor of Technical Sciences and a Professor at Samara National Research University. He has an extensive background in aerospace engineering, with specific expertise in microgravity modelling, thermal conductivity, and aerospace systems. Prof. Sedelnikov has defended his Ph.D. in Theoretical Mechanics and his Doctoral Dissertation in Technical Sciences, focusing on monitoring and evaluating microaccelerations on board a spacecraft. He is currently working across various departments at Samara National Research University, including Space Engineering, Theoretical Mechanics, Flight Dynamics and Control Systems, and Higher Mathematics. Additionally, he is a leading researcher at the Research Laboratory of Automated Research Systems and the Mechanics Research Group. Prof. Sedelnikov has been recognized as one of the most cited scientists in 2023 and has an impressive publication record with numerous articles in Q1 and Q2 journals. His work has significantly contributed to the fields of microgravity research and aerospace engineering.

Prof. Yang Zhao, Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai),Chin
Areas of Interest: Air-sea cross-media communication by using laser-generated sound technology

Brief Introduction:
Dr. Zhao Yang is a Professor and a visiting scholar at Northwestern University (USA). He serves as the director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Optoacoustic Detection and Sensing Technology in Weihai. Dr. Zhao has led and participated in numerous research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scientists, General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation, international science and technology cooperation projects, and various provincial research initiatives in Shandong. He has published over 90 papers, with more than 40 indexed in SCI and EI, and holds nearly 10 Chinese patents, including 2 invention patents. Dr. Zhao has received several prestigious awards, such as the China Technology Market Science and Technology Golden Bridge Award, the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress from the China Optical Engineering Society, and the First Prize for Science and Technology Progress in Jining City.

Prof. Huaping Wang, Lanzhou University, China
Areas of Interest: Structural health monitoring, smart sensing and system, optical fiber sensors
Brief Introduction:
Dr. Hua-Ping Wang is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Engineering at Lanzhou University, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Control Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and has extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in the areas of intelligent optical fiber sensing technology and its applications. Dr. Wang has published nearly 90 papers, including over 40 indexed in SCI, and has been granted multiple patents in China. His research interests include the development of intelligent optical fiber sensors, multi-layer mechanical modeling, and the structural health monitoring of various engineering systems. He has received several awards for his contributions to research and education, including multiple "Best Researcher" awards from Qazvin Islamic Azad University. In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Wang is actively involved in various professional organizations and serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. His work has significantly advanced the field of structural health monitoring and has practical applications in infrastructure safety and performance evaluation.
